It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you eat them), however I must mention yet another amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the rest within one hour.

They're ideal for hiking trips or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a quick bite in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the usual cookie supposes. Simply oats and bananas.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Obtain a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Insert the cup of oats and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is nicely mixed

Place baking paper onto the menu so that the cookies don't stick. If you do not have this make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To produce the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and scoop a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photograph above. It's super fast and simple.

EQUIPMENT: You just require a solid baking tray and some parchment paper, cool also.
